Terms of sale

Applicable to any booking made via beautybyfio.be. Last updated: 6/2/2026

1.Object

These terms govern bookings of nail services (manicure, gel polish, overlay, foot care, decorations) made online with Beauty by Fio, a sole proprietorship whose details appear in the legal notice.

2.Price

Prices displayed on the Services page are in euros, all taxes included. They are firm at the time of booking. No surprise at payment.

3.Booking and payment

Booking is done online on the site, by selecting the service, date and desired slot, then entering your contact details and validating payment.

Payment is pre-authorized at booking via Stripe (our payment provider). The amount is only captured once the appointment is effectively confirmed by the salon, typically within 24h of the booking. If the salon declines the appointment, the pre-authorization is released and nothing is charged.

No bank data is stored by Beauty by Fio. Processing is entirely delegated to Stripe (PCI-DSS level 1).

4.Cancellation by the client

More than 24h before the appointment: free cancellation, full refund within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Less than 24h before the appointment: the pre-authorized amount remains due up to 50% of the service price, as compensation for the blocked slot.

No-show: the full price is retained.

To cancel, write to hello@beautybyfio.be or call To be confirmed mentioning your booking reference.

5.Cancellation by the salon

If the salon is prevented from holding the appointment (illness, force majeure), it will notify you as soon as possible and propose a new slot. Otherwise, the pre-authorized amount is fully released or refunded if already captured.

6.Lateness

Any lateness of more than 15 minutes may result in shortening the service to respect the next client's slot, without changing the price.

7.Claims

Any claim may be sent to hello@beautybyfio.be within 7 days following the service. An amicable solution will always be sought.

8.Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will fall to the competent courts of the salon's registered office, after an attempted amicable settlement.

These terms may evolve. The version applicable to a booking is the one in force at the time of payment validation.
